Workshop on Saturday, August 9: Introduction to herbalism

In this workshop co-hosted by Carole Beaulieu and Laurie-Anne Riendeau, we offer an overview of the use of medicinal plants in your daily life. Decoction, maceration, infusion, liquid concentrates: you will learn how to extract the active ingredients of plants for personal use. We will introduce you to the properties of essential plants to have in your natural pharmacy and how to use them! In addition, we will prepare a homemade remedy, and you will see step-by-step how to recreate it at home.

On site, you will discover plants in the garden, the large medicinal plant dryer and the cultivation field.
